Drawdown & daily loss limits, tracked automatically
Set your firm's trailing or end-of-day drawdown rule, daily loss limit, profit target, and consistency percentage once per account in Settings — the Risk & Discipline tab evaluates every trade against them, so a rule violation shows up before it costs you an evaluation.
Monte Carlo risk simulator
Bootstraps your own R-multiple history to estimate the probability of hitting your profit target or breaching your drawdown limit within your next N trades — the question an evaluation account actually needs answered, not a generic backtest.
Verify your payout matches your ledger
A deposits/withdrawals ledger plus a running per-trade balance column let you bisect your journal's balance against your prop firm's own statement, so a payout or reset shows up as exactly what it is — not an unexplained gap.
Native Topstep (TopstepX) import
Auto-detected CSV import from Topstep, alongside Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and cTrader — no manual column mapping needed for the platforms most funded futures accounts already run on.

Common questions from prop traders
What is the Risk Simulator?
A Monte Carlo-style projection that bootstraps your own R-multiple history to estimate your probability of hitting a profit target or blowing through a drawdown limit within your next N trades. It's part of the Dashboard's Risk & Discipline area.
How do I check my balance matches my broker or prop firm?
The Trades table has a running "Balance" column showing your account balance after every trade, computed in that account's own currency — bisect it against a broker or prop-firm statement to find exactly where a discrepancy started. If the starting balance itself was wrong (e.g. it double-counted an initial deposit), Settings → Deposits & Withdrawals has an inline editor to correct it.
Can I track deposits and withdrawals?
Yes — each account has a deposits & withdrawals ledger in Settings. Recorded cash flows feed into your equity curve and header balance figure (so a deposit or payout shows up as what it actually is, not P&L), while win rate, expectancy, profit factor, and drawdown % stay a pure measure of trading skill, unaffected by money moving in or out.
What brokers and platforms can I import from?
Tradovate (completed trades or raw fills), NinjaTrader, cTrader, and Topstep (TopstepX) are natively supported with auto-detection — and cTrader can skip the export entirely by connecting the account for automatic sync (paid plans). Generic CSV, Generic CSV (Entry/Exit + Side), and Generic CSV (Fills) cover everything else via manual column mapping — the Fills option FIFO-matches a raw executions/order-history export from any broker into closed trades, which is how a real Black Bull Markets forex/CFD account was imported without a dedicated integration.
