Risk Disclosure

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Trading futures, forex, options, stocks, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Please read this disclaimer carefully before relying on anything shown in ExpectancyIQ.

1. High-Risk Warning

Leveraged products (including futures and prop-firm evaluation accounts) can amplify both gains and losses. You can lose some or all of your capital, and in some cases more than you deposited. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

2. Not Investment or Financial Advice

ExpectancyIQ is a statistical analysis and trade-journaling tool. It does not recommend specific trades, securities, or strategies, and nothing displayed in the Service should be interpreted as a signal, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making trading or investment decisions.

3. Past Performance

All statistics, equity curves, win rates, expectancy figures, and other metrics shown in ExpectancyIQ are derived entirely from your own historical trade data. Past performance — yours or anyone else's — does not predict or guarantee future results.

4. AI-Generated Content

Where ExpectancyIQ uses AI to summarize patterns, surface insights, or generate coaching commentary, that output is a probabilistic estimate based on your data. It may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. AI-generated content is never a recommendation to take a specific trading action and should never be relied on as the sole basis for a financial decision.

5. Risk Simulator

The Risk Simulator projects possible future outcomes by resampling your own historical trade distribution. It does not use, forecast, or reference live or external market prices, and it is not a prediction of what will actually happen to your account. It is a what-if tool for understanding variance in your existing edge, nothing more.

6. Data Accuracy & Limitations

ExpectancyIQ does not connect live to any broker, exchange, or prop-firm account. All analysis is based on data you import or enter, so it is only as accurate and current as that data. There will always be a gap between what is shown in the Service and the real, live state of your trading account — do not use ExpectancyIQ as a substitute for your broker's or prop firm's official statements, risk dashboards, or compliance tools.

7. No Affiliation

ExpectancyIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any broker, exchange, or proprietary trading firm. References to prop-firm rules (such as drawdown or daily-loss-limit tracking) are provided for your convenience only and may not reflect the current, official rules of any specific firm — always verify against your firm's own terms.

8. Testimonials

Any testimonials or user stories referenced in our marketing reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results. They are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

9. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your tax obligations related to your trading activity. ExpectancyIQ does not provide tax advice, tax reporting, or tax calculation services, and nothing in the Service should be relied on for tax purposes.

10. Regulatory Notice

ExpectancyIQ is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant, and is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FCA, or any other financial regulator. It is a software analytics tool, not a regulated financial service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpectancyIQ and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. See our Terms and Conditions for the full limitation of liability.
