This policy explains how ExpectancyIQ uses cookies. We keep this deliberately short because we keep our actual cookie use minimal.

1. What We Use Today

ExpectancyIQ sets only strictly necessary cookies — specifically, the session cookies used by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without losing the ability to log in.

2. What We Don't Use

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored locally in your browser, not in a cookie.

3. No Consent Banner

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we do not show a cookie-consent banner — one is not legally required for cookies that are essential to the Service working. If we add analytics or tracking cookies in the future, we will update this policy and add appropriate consent controls at that time.
